This thing is a total dud! It broke down after just a few dozen uses, and of course, it was already out of warranty by that time!

A bit over two years back, we picked up a Puremate foot massager. It's been a joy to use since day one. However, a few weeks ago, it unexpectedly stopped working. After checking for any simple problems, we thought we’d have to buy a new one. So, we reached out to Puremate for some help. They asked us a couple of questions, figured out it was likely the adapter that had failed, and sent us a replacement the very next day. We plugged it in, turned it on, and it’s been working like a charm ever since. Huge shoutout to Puremate's customer service! No hassle, no charge (they didn’t even ask us to cover the shipping for the new adapter). We really appreciate their help; it’s a prime example of how to keep customers coming back.

I'm really into this device. Since I have type 2, I take good care of my feet, and the stimulation it provides is both pleasant and beneficial. I lost the adaptor during a move, but getting a replacement was a breeze, and it showed up the very next morning. Much appreciated! I highly suggest it.

I was surprised to see a company provide free next day shipping and keep me updated with delivery info. This 12L dehumidifier does a fantastic job and isn’t too noisy. I’m thinking about grabbing another one to keep in my bathroom and one in the cellar. Definitely recommend it!

I've been a loyal customer for several years and was quite satisfied until lately.

I placed an order on the eBay outlet for a pair of HEPA filters with activated carbon for my PureMate PM 520 devices.

The cost for the TWO filters was £41.65.

However, the package I got (just a plastic bag) only had one filter inside.

I tried reaching out via email and also used eBay and PayPal's tools to sort this out.

Both complaints through eBay and PayPal were closed, citing proof of delivery.

The lack of response pushed me to write this review. Without the filter, my devices are pretty much useless, so I'm in a bit of a bind.

Fantastic support from PureMate! I accidentally overfilled the ice packs that came with my air cooler, and they ended up splitting. I shot an email to PureMate, and within an hour, I got a response. The new ice packs showed up the very next working day👌🏼

After dealing with a bunch of lousy customer service from other companies lately, this was a real breath of fresh air. Big thanks to PureMate!

I got myself a Puremate PM605 foot circulation massager, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. It's a solid deal for the price, which is part of why I chose it. Plus, it looks nice! Using it is a breeze, thanks to the straightforward instructions. It works like a charm and definitely delivers results. The delivery was speedy, and it showed up in perfect condition. I’ll be sure to share this with my family. No doubt, I’d buy from Puremate again down the line and would recommend their stuff to others.

Our steamer lid handle broke while still under warranty. After sending just one email and a photo request, they replaced the lid in no time. Hats off to PureMate; I really wish every company dealt with problems like this so smoothly. Cheers, Debbie

I'm really happy with this dehumidifier. It showed up fast, and the design is tidy, super efficient, and user-friendly. I got myself the PM850 Tower fan, and I gotta say, it's a fantastic product. The features are solid, and the remote control makes it super convenient to use. I use it all the time, and the timer function lets me set it to cool down the room and turn off after I hit the hay. Plus, the scent drawer is a nice little extra. I recently picked up a humidifier and I gotta say, I’m really happy with it - it works like a charm. After a couple of weeks, I thought I’d give it a clean, but when I plugged it back in, it shorted out. I tried changing the fuse, but it was toast. Probably my bad, since a few drops of water got into the electrical part at the bottom. Anyway, I decided to reach out to the company, hoping they could assist me. I got in touch with Steph, who was super helpful and immediately said they’d send a replacement for the bottom section. No hassle at all! I didn’t expect such a quick and good response. It showed up in just a few days and now it’s working perfectly. I’ll definitely be more careful when cleaning it next time. We just got ourselves a Puremate Nutrition Extractor Blender from Puremate, and let me tell ya, the service was top-notch. Delivery was quick, and when we noticed a minor issue, they got back to my email in less than an hour. We had a replacement part by the next business day!!! I purchased my PM906 Digital Ultrasonic Ioniser more than two years back, but honestly, I hardly used it. When I tried to turn it on recently, it seemed completely lifeless—no lights, no sounds, nada. Since it's out of warranty and I've tried everything (even swapped the fuse!), it looks like I might have to toss it. What a bummer for both my wallet and the environment. Is there any chance of a repair service?
